How is Signature by Lucky different from traditional property management?

Signature by Lucky goes beyond basic maintenance or rental management. We proactively care for your home with regular check-ins, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and personal communication — whether you live in it, visit it, or rent it.

What’s included in a membership?

Each membership is customized, but typically includes property inspections, maintenance scheduling, vendor management, cleaning oversight, supply restocking, and detailed reporting. Seasonal transitions, guest prep, and errands can also be added.

Can I pause or change my service?

Yes. We adjust your schedule or scope seasonally — whether you’re in town, away for the winter, or prepping for guests.

Where do you offer Signature by Lucky?

Currently serving Southwest Colorado — including Durango, Montrose, Ouray, and Ridgway — with new mountain and resort regions coming soon.

Who is Signature by Lucky designed for?

Signature is for anyone who owns a home in Southwest Colorado — full-time residents, part-time owners, or vacation rental hosts — and wants a trusted local team to manage the details.

Do you replace my existing vendors?

Not unless you want us to. We’re happy to coordinate your existing cleaners, landscapers, or contractors — or connect you with our vetted local partners.

Do you manage Airbnb or VRBO bookings?

We can keep an eye on your VRBO & Airbnb calendar of reservations and help guests have a great vacation! We also handle everything on the ground — guest-ready prep, inspections, turnovers, and restocks — so your rentals stay five-star ready.
